Users wishing to use the app before a new certificate is installed may continue to the application by proceeding with the expired certificate. This should be remedied shortly.
6 months, 1 week ago Information On Thursday, 4 Jan 2018, some users received 500 pages when trying to access the 15Five application for a period of up to 36 minutes. Senior engineering staff were on hand to troubleshoot the issue, however the issue was due to an issue with our infrastructure provider and was out of our control. AWS comments: "Between 1:53 PM and 2:29 PM PST, we experienced connectivity issues for Web Application Firewall enabled Application Load Balancers in the US-EAST-1 Region. The issue has been resolved and the service is operating normally."

2 years, 3 months ago We released updates earlier today to enhance our billing integration nightly synchronization process. A bug slipped along temporarily marking some companies as not paying. We were able to fix the issue and revert all affected accounts back to their proper status. We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience and confusion that this might have caused you.
